Description:


Join Spencer Jones for a fun 60 minute park workout! This workout consists of roughly 30 minutes of body weight movements, 20 minutes of yoga, and 10 minutes of meditation and breath work. They were recorded LIVE at a local park and are ready for you to jump in and have some fun. 


The workouts are accessible to nearly everyone. You may need to modify or intensify the moves as needed for you but know that that is ok! Do what works best for you!
