A small group setting of elementary and middle school kids (groups of 4 to 6 kids) where the focus is on giving them tools to build their self esteem. We meet every week for 4 weeks. These groups will consist of checking in , creating action plans and discussing 2 empowerment tools per session that kids can take and use. We also discuss what struggles they are facing and how we can develop mindset strategies to work through them. We incorporate meditation, hands-on activities and journaling, just to name a few tools,throughout the 4 weeks.  Starts August 7th, 2022 at 1pm cst.
